Payroll Locale List
If your enterprise uses the Payroll Tax Locale feature, Vantagepoint uses information about where work is performed to calculate taxable wages and tax withholding amounts. Use the Payroll Locale List to review the tax locales for which you must provide employee payroll information. The most common tax locales are states.
Multiple Companies
If you use multiple companies, this report may contain employee data for one or more companies that are associated with the employee.

Use the Options tab to specify whether or not you are including standard and user-defined tax locales on the report. - Payroll Locale List Layout Tab
Use the Layout tab of an individual report to choose document formatting properties, fonts, default field formats and other overall properties for reports. You can select defaults for many of the fields via My Preferences. - Columns for the Payroll Locale List Report
The Payroll Locale List contains a standard set of columns. You cannot select columns for this report.
