Change the Displayed Date Range for the Calendar Period Coliumns in Project View

In Project View, you can view all calendar periods for a project's plan date range. However, the grid in Project View can display only a few calendar period columns at a time so, in many cases, you must scroll or "page" horizontally to view calendar period columns that are not currently visible.

To view calendar period columns that are not currently visible:

  1. Use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the grid to display earlier or later calendar periods.
  2. If you scroll to the last available calendar period in either direction and the period you want is still not displayed, click or in the date range selector () on the Project View toolbar to load earlier or later sets of calendar periods. (You can also click the earliest or latest date in the date range selector to load a new set of periods.)

If 50 or fewer calendar periods exist in the plan date range, you can view all of them by scrolling, so the date range selector does not display on the toolbar. If there are more than 50 calendar periods, you must use the selector to display some of those periods. For example, if you click , Vantagepoint retains the most recent 25 of the currently loaded calendar periods and loads the next 25 later calendar periods.

  3. When the selector displays the date range that includes the calendar periods you want, use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the grid to bring them into view.
