Manage Calendars Shared With You
Tasks and events of another employee can appear on your calendar if the employee shares the calendar with you. You can view a list of employees who shared their calendars with you or you can remove your access to their calendars.
To manage calendars shared with you:
- In the Navigation pane, select .
- Click next to Calendars.
- Optional:
On the Calendar Sharing dialog box, select the shared calendars that you want to display in the Calendar View:
- To remove your access to another employee's calendar, click and then select Remove Person. They will have to re-share their calendar with you if you need to view it again in the future.
- Click Close.
