Use List View in the Equipment hub to print a report or create a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that contains equipment item and/or asset item information.

To print a report or create an Excel spreadsheet that contains equipment item and asset item information from the Equipment hub list view:

From the Navigation menu, click
.

In the
Search field on the Equipment form, select one or more equipment and/or asset items to include in the report or Excel spreadsheet.

On the toolbar of the Equipment form, click
List View.
The Equipment form displays the Equipment hub records in a grid instead of displaying the information on tabs.

To select or remove columns from the grid or to change the order of columns in the grid, click
Select Columns on the grid toolbar.
The printed report or Excel spreadsheet will contain the info from the columns listed in the grid, in the order that they display in the grid.

On the Select Columns dialog box, select one of the following actions:

To add a column to the list view grid |
Select a column in the
Available Columns list box, and click the
Add button. The column now displays in the
Selected Columns list box on the dialog box.

To remove a column from the list view grid |
Select the column to remove in the
Selected Columns list box, and click
Remove. The column is moved back into the
Available Columns list box.

To change the order of the columns in the list view grid |
Use the
Up and
Down buttons after you select a column in the
Selected Columns list box.
You can also change the order of the columns in the list view grid itself by clicking a column heading and dragging and dropping it into a different location in the grid.

On the grid toolbar, click the
Equipment down arrow on the toolbar, and select one of the following options:

Click this option to print all the data in the grid. When the Print Preview form displays, click
to send the grid data to your default printer.

Export to Excel |
Click this option to export all the data in the grid to an Excel spreadsheet. When Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
