Revision Explanation Dialog Box
If a timesheet revision explanation is required, the Revision Explanation dialog box automatically displays when you save or submit the revised timesheet.
This dialog box lists, by date, the number of revisions that have occurred to the timesheet, the changes that occurred to each field, and a brief description of each revision. It also prompts you to select or enter an explanation for the most current revision.

When you save or submit the revision, the date and time of the revision, as well as the person responsible for submitting the timesheet, are saved in the revision records that are associated with the timesheet.
