Billing Terms Form
Use the Billing Terms Form to enter, review, modify, copy, and delete billing terms for the projects for which you generate invoices.
You must enter a project in the Projects hub before you can enter its billing terms.

Use the Add-ons tab to enter any additional fees or retainer information applicable to this project’s invoices. - Phase Sub-Level Terms Tab of Billing Terms
When a project is opened on the Billing Terms form, and the project is sub-divided into phases, the Sub-Level Terms tab is enabled for editing. Use this tab to define how to display phase detail on the final invoice. - Task Sub-Level Terms Tab of Billing Terms
When a project's phase is opened on the Billing Terms form, and the phase is sub-divided into tasks, the Sub-Level Terms tab is enabled for editing. Use this tab to determine how to display task detail on the final invoice. - Misc Tab of Billing Terms
Use the Misc tab to specify miscellaneous billing terms, such as billing limits, invoice override accounts, retainage settings, and tax codes for a project. - AR and BTD Tab of Billing Terms
Use the AR & BTD tab to indicate the accounts receivable information and billed-to-date information that you want to include on invoices. - Billing Backup Tab of Billing Terms
Use the Billing Backup tab to define the labor and expense information that you want to display on the Billing Backup report. - Pre-Invoice Tab of Billing Terms
Use this tab to specify pre-invoice settings and turn on pre-invoice processing for a project.
