Invoices Tab of the Projects Form

Use the Invoices tab to review information about the invoices that are associated with the currently selected project and to view, enter, or edit details and comments related to the invoices.

    Use the grid on the Invoices tab to review information about the invoices that are associated with the currently selected project. You can also use this grid to view, enter, or edit details and comments related to the invoices. Draft invoices awaiting approval precede the grid.
  • Invoices Summary Area
    The fields on the Invoices tab above the grid provide client, contact, and accounts receivable information for the project.
  • Aged Accounts Receivable Chart
    Use the Aged Accounts Receivable chart to view your posted accounts receivable information, with aging data, for the current project. This includes the total amount billed, paid and unpaid balances, outstanding retainage, and the length of time that the receivables have been outstanding. The Accounts Receivable chart always reflects WBS1.
