Refresh Inventory

You can run this utility manually at any time. Deltek recommends that you schedule it to run every night or during off-hours. If you do so, numbers on the reports are accurate as of the preceding night, for all users.

You can schedule this utility to run at a later time.

To run the Refresh Inventory Summary Table utility:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Refresh Inventory.
2. On the Refresh Inventory Summary Tables form, select one of the following actions:

   Option	Description
   To run the utility manually	Click Run.
   To schedule the utility to run on a regular basis via the process server	Click Schedule and complete the information on the Schedule dialog box.
