Opportunity Examples - Employees Hub

You can associate opportunity records with employee records.

Example One

If you open the employee record for Nick West and add Student Activity Center to the Opportunity grid on the Experience tab of the Employees form:

• Student Activity Center and related opportunity information displays in the Opportunity grid on the Experience tab of Nick West's employee record.
• Nick West and related employee information displays in the Team Members grid on the Team tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

If you open the employee record for Nick West and remove Student Activity Center from the Opportunity grid:

• Student Activity Center and related opportunity information no longer displays in the Opportunity grid on the Experience tab of Nick West's employee record.
• Nick West and related employee information no longer displays in the Team Members grid on the Team tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.

Example Two

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and add Nick West to the Team Members grid on the Team tab of the Opportunities hub:

• Nick West and related employee information displays in the Team Members grid on the Team tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.
• Student Activity Center and related opportunity information displays in the Opportunity grid on the Experience tab of Nick West's employee record.

If you open the opportunity record for the Student Activity Center and remove Nick West from the Team Members grid:

• Nick West and related employee information no longer displays in the Team Members grid on the Team tab of the Student Activity Center's opportunity record.
• Student Activity Center and related opportunity information no longer displays in the Opportunity grid on the Experience tab of Nick West's employee record.
