Schedule a Follow-up Activity
You can schedule follow-up activities for any existing activity via the Activities tab on many of the hubs. For example, you can schedule a follow-up phone call with a potential client.
To schedule a follow-up activity:
- On the Navigation menu, go to the Hubs section and select one of the Hubs.
- Click the Activities tab.
- On the Activities grid, select the activity's record row for which you want to schedule a follow-up activity and click Follow Up.
- Click the Copy option to create a follow-up activity that copies field information from the original activity. The Activity dialog box opens. DPS adds a Follow-up prefix (for example, Follow-up: Report Client Audit) to the name of the copied activity.
- On the Activity dialog box, you can update the field information for the follow-up activity, such as the activity's date and time(s), type, recurrence, location, and other details as needed.
- Click Save. DPS inserts the follow-up activity details in the Activities grid.
