Upload Files for an AP Invoice

You upload files when you create new AP invoices or when you want to add files to existing AP invoices.

To upload files for an AP invoice:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Cash Management > AP Invoice Approvals.
  2. Select one of the following actions:
    Option Description
    If you are creating a new AP invoice On the toolbar of the AP Invoice Approvals form, click the Upload option upload a file and create a new AP invoice.
    If you are adding files to an existing AP invoice Search for an existing AP invoice and click the Upload button on the toolbar of the AP Invoices grid to upload more files for the invoice record. The appropriate workflow status and access right are needed to upload additional files to an existing invoice record.
  3. On the Open dialog box, select one or more files that you want to upload and include with the AP invoice. Click Open. The newly uploaded files display in the AP Invoices grid.
