Automatically Associate a Document with New Transaction Lines

You can automatically associate a document as you create new transaction line items on the grid.

To automatically associate a document with new transaction lines:

  1. Click the document icon in the Document column on the transaction grid of the Transaction Entry form.
  2. On the Supporting Document dialog box, select the corresponding check box in the Associate with New Transaction field for the documents that you want to automatically associate with new transaction line items.

    If you use the DPS on-premises product, the Supporting Document dialog box displays only if Transaction Document Management is configured. For more information, see the Supporting Documents and Files online help topic.

  3. Click OK.
