Browser Application - Projects Hub
You can access the Projects hub in the browser application.
Use the Projects hub in the browser application in conjunction with the Projects hub in the desktop application to maintain project management and accounting information and to do project planning. You can add and update project records in either application. Some project information can be entered in either the browser or desktop application, and it is automatically updated in the other application. Some information can be entered only in one application or the other. To do project planning, you must use the browser application.
If you track multiple companies in DPS, project records are available to all companies. However, you can restrict the ability to charge labor and expenses to a project by company. To do so, select the Restrict Charge Companies option on the Accounting tab of the Projects form in the desktop application and then specify the companies in your enterprise that are allowed to charge labor and expense to the project.
