If you have enabled project planning for consultants, use the Add Consultant Type and Consultant Name dialog box to add consultant types and their associated consultants to a plan. - Change Scale Dialog Box
In Project View and in Plan mode in the Projects hub, you can view and enter plan data by a combination of day and month, by week, or by month. Use the Change Scale dialog box to switch from one of these scales to another. The calendar period column headings change to reflect your selection, and any existing hours or amounts in those columns are recalculated based on the new scale. - New Conversation Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to record the pertinent details for conversations related to the current project or opportunity. This allows you to share and collaborate on opportunity and project information. - Reschedule Dialog Box
To change plan dates or assignment dates for plan rows, use the Reschedule dialog box to enter the new dates and to indicate how you want the schedule change to affect the distribution of planned labor hours. - Reassign Dialog Box
If you assign work on a project to an employee or generic resource and later want to transfer all or part of the assignment hours to another resource (for example, from a generic resource to a new employee you have just hired for the project), use the Reassign dialog box to indicate if you want to reassign all or only part of the hours and to select the resource to which you want to reassign them. - Reassign Expense Type and
Vendor Dialog Box
If you assign work on a project to an expense type or vendor and later want to transfer all or part of the assignment costs to another expense (for example, from a blueprints expense to a models and renderings expense), use the Reassign Expense Type and Vendor dialog box to indicate if you want to reassign all or only part of the costs and to select the expense type and the associated vendor to which you want to reassign them. - Reassign
Consultant Type and
Consultant Name Dialog Box
If you assign work on a project to a consultant type and later want to transfer all or part of the assignment hours to another consultant (for example, from an architectural firm to a landscape architect), use the Reassign Consultant Type and Consultant Name dialog box to indicate if you want to reassign all or only part of the hours and to select the consultant type and the specific consultant to which you want to reassign them. - Additional Documentation Dialog Box
If this dialog box displays when you click for an invoice in the grid on the Invoices tab, use it to indicate which additional documents you want to view along with the invoice. - Details for Invoice Dialog Box
Use the Details for Invoice dialog box to view all invoice, credit memo, and payment information by invoice section (Fee, Labor, Consultant, and so on). - Accounts Receivable Comments Dialog Box
Use the Accounts Receivable Comments dialog box to review, edit, add, or delete accounts receivable comments for the billing client of the current project. - Billing Comments Dialog Box
The Billing Comments dialog box displays automatically when you approve or reject an invoice. You can also open it yourself at any other time to enter an "in process" comment. - Select

Use the Select Organizations dialog box to select multiple organizations.
