Form W-2 Advanced Printing Options Dialog Box

Use the Form W-2 Advanced Printing Options dialog box to adjust print margins and sort options if your W-2s do not align properly when printed. If you do not have alignment problems, your enterprise can use the Default Layout option. You can also use this dialog box to change the sorting of W-2 forms.

Printing options are not available until you generate a work file.
