Calendar Actions Menu

Use options in the Actions menu to add activities or timesheet entries on the calendar or print the calendar.

Field Description
New Activity Click this option to add a new activity on the calendar. This option opens the Activity form where you can enter details of the activity such as the activity name, start and end date, start and end time, location, attendees and more.
New Timesheet Entry Click this option to add a timesheet entry on the calendar if the date is within a timesheet period that is in progress.
Submit Timesheet Click this option to submit a timesheet from the calendar.
Print Calendar Click this option to print the calendar as it displays on your screen.
