Save Refresh Billing Extension Options

You can save settings for the Refresh Billing Extension process, such as the accounting period range, to use for future runs. You can save the settings for yourself, for all roles, or for a subset of roles, depending on your security rights.

To save Refresh Billing Extension settings:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Updates > Refresh Billing Extensions.
  2. Complete the information on the Refresh Billing Extensions form.
  3. Click Organize.
  4. On the Organize Options dialog box, enter a name for the group of settings and identify the roles who can access the group of settings.
  5. To make the current settings the default group of settings, select Use as default options. When you select this option, the current settings will load on the Refresh Billing Extension form when a user clicks the Default button.
  6. Click Save.
