Connect to Kona Business

If your firm has implemented integration of DPS with Kona Business, use the My Preferences dialog box to connect to Kona Business.

If you are associated with the integrated Kona Business account, you can connect to that account on the My Preferences dialog box in DPS and then access Kona spaces for opportunities. You can also create Kona tasks for touchpoints related to opportunities.

To connect to Kona Business:

1. On the toolbar, click and click My Preferences.
2. Click Connect next to Kona. If your firm has not implemented Kona Business integration, this option is not available.
3. On the Log In dialog box, enter the email address and password that you use to access Kona Business, and click Log In. The connection is established and related information displays on the My Preferences dialog box.
4. Close the My Preferences dialog box. You remain connected until you click Disconnect on the My Settings dialog box.
