Delete a General Ledger Budget Group

You can delete a general ledger budget group.

If you are using approvals for general ledger budgets, you cannot delete budgets that are submitted for approval.

Prerequisite: Open a General Ledger budget group.

To delete a budget group:

1. On the toolbar of the General Ledger Budgeting Group form, click Delete General Ledger Group.
2. In response to the confirmation prompt, click Yes. When you delete a general ledger budget group, information associated with the individual general ledger budgets is not deleted.
