Set Up Employee Information for Adjust Salaried Job Costing

For the Adjust Salaried Job Costing (ASJC) feature to calculate adjusted job cost rates accurately, you must define the salaried employees' job cost rate, type, and hours per day worked.

To enter the job cost rate, type, and hours per day worked for employees:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Hubs > Employees.
  2. Select an employee and enter information in the appropriate fields on the Accounting tab and the Personal tab of the Employees hub form.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Repeat these steps for each employee.
