The Account List shows all of the account records currently set up in your database. You can use this information to verify account data or as a reference tool, particularly if you have modified the standard chart of accounts. - Cash Flow Forecast Report
Use the Cash Flow Forecast report to forecast projected cash amounts for future periods, based on budget amounts in the General Ledger budget. - Cash Flow Statement
The Cash Flow Statement focuses on liquidity. It records your company's cash transactions (inflow and outflow) for the accounting period range or year that you specify. The Cash Flow Statement meets GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) guidelines. - Cash Journal
The Cash Journal lists cash receipts and disbursements posted during the current accounting period or year for each bank code you select. - Cash Receipts
For each client or organization you select, the Cash Receipts report lists the cash receipts posted during the period you specify. You can generate either a summary version of the report or a more detailed version that displays all the invoices for each transaction. The report groups receipts by bank code and invoices for each transaction by reference number. - Chart of Accounts Audit
The Chart of Accounts Audit report shows user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on account records. If an account record is deleted, the name of the account is blank wherever the account is listed on the report. - Chart of Accounts Audit Detail
The Chart of Accounts Audit Detail report shows original and new column values for each update, delete, and insert action performed on account records. - Gains Losses and Revaluations Detail Report
If you use multiple currencies, you can use the Gains/Losses and Revaluations Detail report to review and audit gains and losses resulting from the Gains/Losses and Revaluations process. - Intercompany Billing Detail Report
If you are using multiple companies, companies in your enterprise can generate intercompany billing transactions. The Intercompany Billing Detail report shows labor and expense charges that result when an employee in one company works on a project owned by another company and charges the time to that project. - Labor Cross Charge Report
If you are using organizations, the Labor Cross Charge report helps you track labor exchanges between organizations. The report displays each labor transaction that results when an employee from one organization works on a project belonging to another organization. If your enterprise is not using organizations, you cannot generate this report. - Overhead Allocation Report
The Overhead Allocation report shows the overhead allocated to all regular projects as of the last overhead allocation. The report includes overhead allocated either through proration or assignment. Print the Overhead Allocation report after you complete overhead allocation to review the results of the allocation process. - Payment Register
Use the Payment Register to view the payments processed during the reporting period. - Sales List
Use the Sales List report to review sales and associated taxes for the reporting period you specify. - Tax Analysis Report
Use the Tax Analysis report to review purchases, sales, and associated taxes.
