Toolbar of Billing Terms

Use the toolbar options to copy, delete, print, and save billing terms information.

Field Description
Save Click this option after you create or modify billing terms to save changes. New billing terms will be applied to your next Interactive or Batch Billing session.
Copy To replace a project's billing terms that are displayed on the Billing Terms screen with a copy of another project's billing terms, click Copy. On the Copy Billing Terms dialog box, select another project's billing terms and confirm the replacement. The billing terms on the Billing Terms screen are replaced. Information from the Pre-Invoice tab in Billing Terms is not copied and replaced.
Delete Billing Terms Open a project's billing terms and click this option to remove the project's billing terms. Deleting terms does not delete the project from the Project Info Center. Note that you cannot bill a project that does not have billing terms defined.
Print After you click this option, you can print billing terms for one or more projects.
  • Click Print Current Billing Terms to print the billing terms for the project currently displayed in your browser window.
  • Click Print Active Group to print the billing terms for the projects that are currently open.
  • Click Select Billing Terms to Print to open the lookup and select the projects for which you want to print billing terms.
