Standard Controls on the Options Dialog Box (Desktop)
The Options dialog box contains the options tabs for DPS reports. The tabs that are available vary from report to report. However, the Options field and a set of standard buttons are always available at the bottom of the dialog box.
The following table describes the Options field and the buttons that are always available at the bottom of the Options dialog box.
Option/Button | Description |
---|---|
Options | Click next to the Options field to display the folders of saved options available to you. Click the set of saved options you want to apply to the report. |
Organize | Click Organize to display the Organize Options dialog box. Use that dialog box to save the current options settings as a saved option set. |
Default | Click Default to reset all options to your default settings for the report. |
Apply (or Run) | Click Apply to apply the changes you made to the report options and close the Options dialog box. If you generate a report before you set any options for that report, the Options dialog box opens automatically with a Run button instead of an Apply button. Set the options that you want and click Run to generate the report. |
