Reporting Form
The extensive selection of options on the Reporting tabs, grids, and dialog boxes enable you to select data for reports, format the reports, and pick from a variety output methods.

Use the options on the Reporting toolbar to initiate an action for the selected report. - Reports Tab of the Reporting Form or Dialog Box
The Reports tab is your primary working area for Reporting. Use the Reports tab to select a report, set its options, restrict the records included, save settings, and create favorite reports. The Reports tab lists the reports that are available to you based on the features that are active and on your security access. - Archived Reports Tab
Use the Archived Reports tab to preview, print, or download archived reports. You can also distribute archived reports by email. The option to archive reports is only available if you are using the Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition of Microsoft SQL Server. If you use a different version of SQL Server, the Reporting form does not have a Create Report Archive option or an Archived Reports tab. - Running Tab of Reporting
Use the Running tab to review currently running reporting jobs. You can also use it to stop a job (because it is taking too long, for example).
