Fields and Options
To create and edit contacts, you work with the fields and options on the tabs, forms, and dialog boxes in the Contacts hub. If custom fields display on a tab, be sure to complete any that are marked as required.

Use the Contacts form and its tabs to enter, view, and edit information for each contact that your company or enterprise wants to track. - Address Dialog Box
You can add one or more addresses for each contact. Use the Firm Address or Other Address dialog box to enter this information. - Inactive Contact Dialog Box
This dialog box displays to prompt you to change the contact's status before associating an opportunity or project record on the Associations tab. - Qualify
Contact Dialog Box
If your enterprise uses CRM Plus and enables the Lead Qualification Process in Configuration, the Contacts hub includes additional features that allow you to manage the entry and qualification of contacts during the sales process. When you change a contact's status to Qualify, the Qualify Contact dialog box displays. - Add
Opportunity Dialog Box
Use the Add Opportunity dialog box to add a new opportunity record from a qualified contact. This is only available if your enterprise enables the Lead Qualification Process in Settings. - Add
Firm Dialog Box
Use the Add Firm dialog box to add a new firm record after qualifying a contact. This is only available if your enterprise enables the Lead Qualification Process in Settings. - Activity Dialog Box
Use the Activity dialog box to add or edit activities that are entered on the Activities tab for the currently selected hub record or for the calendar. New activities entered here are also added to your calendar and dashboard.
