Set Grid Line Options

Some reports are easier to read if you generate them with grid lines separating data fields.

To display grid lines between rows and columns:

1. Click the Layout tab on the Options dialog box.
2. Select Show grid lines on report in the Miscellaneous group box.
3. After you set all report options, click Apply.
