View or Change the DPS Database Connection Information in Microsoft Outlook

In the Account Information pane in Outlook, view or change the information that connects your DPS database to Outlook.

Prerequisites: You must have the Outlook add-in installed.

To view or change the DPS database connection information in Outlook:

  1. In Outlook, open any email in your inbox.
  2. Complete one of the following:
    • In Outlook Web App: In the email, click the DPS icon and select Account Information.
    • In Outlook for Windows or Outlook for Mac: In the Outlook ribbon, click Account Information in the Deltek group on the Home tab.
    • In the DPS contact information pane: Click
  3. In the Account Information pane, complete any of the following:
    • View the connection information.
    • To change the connection information: Click the Disconnect button. In the Welcome pane that opens automatically, enter information to connect to a DPS database, including your DPS login credentials. Then click Connect.
