Select Projects for Revenue Generation

You can select the projects included in a revenue generation processing run.

It is not usually necessary to run revenue generation for all of your enterprise's projects at one time. You may want to run revenue generation for different projects at different times. The more projects that you select for a processing run, the more time it may take to complete the processing run.

You can also create and save searches so that you can run revenue generation for the same groups of projects in the future.

To select projects when you run revenue generation:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Accounting > Revenue Generation.
2. On the Revenue Generation form, use the Project lookup in the Select Specific Projects field to select one or more projects or use a saved search.
3. On the toolbar of the Revenue Generation form, select one of the following actions:
   • Click Run to run the process now for the selected projects.
   • Click Schedule to send the job to the process server to be run at a scheduled time.
