The implicit credit account for prints and reproductions transaction expenses is defined in the Reproduction Credit Account field in .
Posting
During a prints and reproductions transaction posting, DPS:
- Debits explicitly the amount specified on each detail line to the specified account (typically, a reimbursable account number).
- Credits implicitly the account specified in the Reproductions Expense Credit account on Posting tab of Accounting Company Settings (typically, account 791.00 - Printing/Reproduction Recovery).
Posting Log
In addition, DPS generates a General Ledger posting log for prints and reproductions expenses. This report lists the general ledger accounts that were affected by the posting. The report shows the total amounts debited and credited to each account.
