Select Client Records

When you read, add, edit, or delete AR comments, you first select a client record.

To select client records:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Cash Management > AR Review.
  2. On the Invoice Review form, click beside the Search field.
  3. On the Client lookup, select one or more clients with invoices that you want to review or comment on.
    • To search for only those clients with invoice balances, select Clients with Outstanding AR in the Search By field.
    • If you select multiple records, you can use the record navigation options to move from one record to another.
    • To use the search at a later time, save it and use the Folders icon beside the Search field to retrieve the search in a future session.
  4. If the client has more than one address, select the appropriate address in the Address field.
  5. Use one or more of the fields on the Invoice Review form to narrow the number of invoices displayed on the Invoice Details dialog box. For the client selected, projects with outstanding invoices display in the Aged Accounts Receivable grid.
