Display the Supporting Document Dialog Box in Credit Card Reconciliation

You display the dialog box in Credit Card Reconciliation.

If you use the DPS on-premises product, the Supporting Document dialog box displays only if Transaction Document Management is configured. For more information, see the Supporting Documents and Files online help topic.

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Cash Management > Credit Card Reconciliation.
  2. On the Credit Card Statement Selection dialog box, complete the information to select a statement, and click Select.
  3. On the Credit Card Statement Reconciliation form, open the Charges tab.
  4. In the Credit Card Charges grid, select a charge from an expense report, and perform one of the following actions:
    • Click the icon with the green check mark in the Document field in the grid.

      On the Supporting Document dialog box that opens, you can view existing supporting documents, but you cannot upload new ones.

      If you click the icon with the blue arrow, the Supporting Document dialog box opens, but there are no supporting documents.

    • On the Credit Card Charges grid toolbar, click Details. In the Details dialog box, click the icon with the green check mark or the icon with the blue arrow in the Document field in the grid.

      On the Supporting Document dialog box that opens, you can upload documents for posted company-paid charges from an expense report as well as view the existing supporting documents for the expense report charge.
