Display Data for Different Projects Levels

Select a project, phase, or task to see data specific to that level in the Projects Hub.

Your role determines which phases and tasks you are allowed to see in the Project Structure dialog box.

To change the project level in the Projects Hub:

  1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and click Projects
  2. In the Find project drop-down list, select a project name.
  3. To the right of the project name, click . DPS displays the Project Structure dialog box.
  4. Click a level in the Project Structure dialog box to see the data specific to that level in the Projects Hub. Refer to the documentation for each tab for more information on how the selected level affects the data displayed on that tab. Only some fields contain different values for lower levels than they do at the project level, and on some tabs, every field always contains project level information.
