Display the Calendar Sharing Dialog Box
Display the dialog box from the Calendar.
- In the Navigation pane, select .
- Click next to Calendars.

Select one of these tab options:
- Share My Calendar: You can share your calendar with other employees, so that they can view your tasks and activities.
- Shared With Me: Tasks and events of another employee can display on your calendar if the employee shares the calendar with you. You can view a list of employees who shared their calendars with you or you can remove your access to their calendars.
