Invoice File Selection Dialog Box

Use the Invoice File Selection dialog box to select an existing file in which to store the invoice transactions to be posted, or create a new invoice file. You will reference this file from Transaction Posting, when you post the invoice file.

This dialog box displays the first time that you attempt to accept an invoice. After you select an invoice file, the file is used to store all invoice transactions created in the remainder of the billing session. You cannot change the selected invoice file unless you exit Interactive or Batch Billing and start a new billing session.
