Use the Interactive Billing form to review and modify a project's outstanding labor, expenses, and unit transactions, and to update a project's fee. - Billing Session Options Dialog Box

Use the Assign Invoice dialog box to select whether to use the automatically assigned next invoice number or to enter a different invoice number for an invoice or a credit memo in Interactive Billing. - Fee Display Dialog Box
Use the Fee Display dialog box to view information such as the total fee for the project and the total amount of the fee that has been billed. - Invoice File Selection Dialog Box
Use the Invoice File Selection dialog box to select an existing file in which to store the invoice transactions to be posted, or create a new invoice file. You will reference this file from Transaction Posting, when you post the invoice file. - Invoice Accept Dialog Box

Use the Invoices on File dialog box to create credit memos, view a project's list of invoices, pre-invoices, and credit memos, print or preview invoices, pre-invoices, or credit memos, and void, delete, or cancel invoices, pre-invoices, or credit memos. - Invoice Credit Dialog Box
When you create a credit memo in Interactive Billing, use this dialog box to view and enter credit memo information such as the credit memo amount and general ledger accounts. - Supporting Document Dialog Box in Interactive Billing
Use this dialog box to upload, associate, and view supporting documents for line items in Interactive Billing. - Billing Labor Delete Dialog Box
Use this dialog box in Interactive Billing to remove a labor transaction or a portion of it from the set of billable transactions in Interactive Billing and not bill it on any invoice. - Billing Labor Hold Dialog Box
Use this dialog box in Interactive Billing to specify that all or part of the regular, overtime, and overtime-2 hours for a labor transaction be held back from being billed on the current invoice. - Billing Labor Insert Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to insert a labor transaction in Interactive Billing to include on a billing invoice. This allows you to bill transactions that have not been posted as costs to the project or your general ledger through usual means, such as on timesheets. - Billing Labor Modify Dialog Box
Use the Billing Labor Modify dialog box to modify labor transaction details, such as the transaction date or hours. - Billing Labor Release Dialog Box
Use the Billing Labor Release dialog box to specify all or part of the total number of regular, overtime, or overtime-2 hours to be billed in the next invoice processed for the project, after the transaction detail is posted. Transactions previously marked as hold, delete, or write-off can be changed to bill. - Billing Labor Summary Dialog Box
Use the Billing Labor Summary dialog box to view total hours, cost amounts, and billing extensions for all labor transactions, broken out by billing status. - Billing Labor Transfer Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to reclassify transactions within the same project, phase, or task or to transfer transactions to another project, phase, or task. - Billing Labor View Dialog Box
Use the Billing Labor View dialog box to view labor detail that is entered for a labor transaction, such as the transaction date, the employee number, and the hours worked associated with the labor transaction. - Billing Labor Write-off Dialog Box
Use this dialog box in Interactive Billing to specify that all or part of the regular, overtime, or overtime-2 hours for a transaction be written off and not collected on any invoice. - Billing Expense Delete Dialog Box
Use the Billing Expense Delete dialog box to specify all or part of the amount of the current transaction to mark never to be billed on any invoice. - Billing Expense Hold Dialog Box
Use the Billing Expense Hold dialog box to specify all or part of the current transaction amount to hold back from being billed on the current invoice. Transactions previously marked as bill, write-off, or delete can be placed on hold. - Billing Expense Insert Dialog Box
