| Current W-2 Year
|
This field displays the current W-2 year as established in the Open New W-2 Quarter utility.

|
This field displays the current W-2 quarter as established in the Open New W-2 Quarter utility.

| Current Quarter
|
This field displays the selected employee's regular overtime, overtime-2 and other pay wages, as well as a total of all wages for the current W-2 quarter.

| Previous Quarter
|
This field displays the selected employee's regular overtime, overtime-2 and other pay wages, as well as a total of all wages for the previous W-21 quarter. If the current W-2 quarter is 1, the Previous Quarter field displays amounts from quarter 4 of the previous year.

This field displays the selected employee's regular overtime, overtime-2 and other pay wages, as well as a total of all wages for the current W-2 year.
