After you select one or more
projects for review, you can update overall percent complete numbers for the
project(s) selected. Select one of two settings:

Show Budget at Cost

Show Budget at Billing
The Update Overall Percent Completes dialog box displays. Use this dialog box to review
project budgeted and spent amounts, at cost or billing. The dialog box displays percent complete data for the lowest level of work breakdown structure defined for the
project. You can update overall, labor, and expense percent completes. For regular
projects, you can also update
compensation, fee, and reimbursable allowance.
This option is convenient when you need to update multiple
projects and their work breakdown structure levels. Because the dialog box shows only the overall, labor, and expense percent complete fields, it is unsuitable for
projects with budgets that you need to track on the detail grids in the
Project Budget Worksheet.
If you use multiple currencies, the currency columns on the dialog box are based on billing currency if the
Report amounts in billing currency, rather than
project currency option is selected in Accounting Configuration. Otherwise, currency columns are based on
project currency.
