Purchase Template Editor Form
Use the Purchase Template Editor form to create purchasing templates to use to generate purchase orders and request for price quotes.

You display the Purchase Template Editor form in Purchasing to specify fields to print on purchase orders or request for price quote forms, or to specify the dimensions of the signature area on purchase orders. - Toolbar of Purchase Template Editor
Use the toolbar options of the Purchase Template Editor to create new templates or modify templates. You can also preview a purchase order or request for price quote that uses a template that you select. - General Tab of Purchase Template Editor
Before you make a purchasing template, you must specify settings on the General tab. After you specify settings, you must save the template with a different name. - Images Tab of Purchase Template Editor
Use the Images tab to specify image files, including signature facsimiles and their location on the template. - Order Detail Info Tab of Purchase Template Editor
Use the Order Detail tab to select DPS data fields and their location on the template from which you generate purchase orders or requests for price quote. - Signature Tab of Purchase Template Editor
Use the Signature tab of the Purchase Template Editor to specify whether or not to print a signature area above the footer on the completed purchasing form. You also specify the dimensions and location of the signature area. - Misc Tab of Purchase Template Editor
Use the Misc tab to enter the enterprise name, byline, and address to print on purchase orders or requests for price quote that are generated from this purchasing template. You can also specify the unit of measure and page size for purchasing templates.
