Display Three Billing Rate Multipliers on an Invoice
You can apply up to three labor multipliers to an employee's labor billing rate. By default, however, only two multipliers display on the invoice. The first multiplier is included in the employee rate.
The method described in this example displays the third multiplier in the Add-On section of the invoice. By default, the Add-On section displays at the end of the invoice. You can use the Invoice Template Editor to format your invoice to display the Add-On section beneath the labor section.
To display three billing rate multipliers on an invoice:
- On the Billing Terms form, open the project.
- On the Labor tab, select Rate times multiplier as the Method.
- In the Multipliers fields, enter multipliers in the last two fields only. Leave the first field blank.
- Select Show Multipliers.
- Click the Add-ons tab and select the Add-on Fees option to enable the grid.
- Click Insert on the grid.
-
