Budget Worksheet Columns

The Budget Worksheet report contains a standard set of columns. You cannot select columns for this report.

Columns

Column Description
Labor Code/Account This column displays the labor code for labor budget items and the expense account for expense budget items.
Vendor This column displays the vendor associated with the expense budget item.
Hours This column displays the job-to-date budgeted hours for work charged to the labor code for the project, phase, or task.
Rate This column displays the job-to-date budgeted rate for work charged to the labor code for the project, phase, or task.

Labor Burden/Exp Cost Budget

In the Labor sections, this column displays the budgeted monetary amount for the labor charged to the labor code for the project, phase, or task. DPS calculates this amount by multiplying the hours by the rate. (You can override the calculated amount on the Project Budget Worksheet form.)

In the Expenses sections, this column displays the budgeted monetary amount for the expense account for the project, phase, or task.

The report displays cost budget amounts, billing budget amounts, or burdened cost budget amounts for labor and cost budget amounts for expenses. Which amounts the report displays depends on the option you select in Report at on the General tab of the Options dialog box.

Percent Complete This column displays the estimate of how far work has progressed on the project for the labor code or expense account.
EAC Hours This column displays the estimate at completion hours for the labor code for the project, phase, or task.

The estimate at completion hours is the estimate of the total number of hours that will have been charged to the labor code at the completion of the project.

EAC Amount This column displays the estimate at completion amount for the labor code or expense account for the project, phase, or task.

The estimate at completion amount is the estimate of the total monetary amount that will have been charged to the labor code or expense account at the completion of the project.

ETC Hours This column displays the estimate to complete hours for the labor code for the project, phase, or task.

The estimate to complete hours is the estimate of the total additional labor hours, beyond those already worked, that will be charged to the labor code during the completion of the project.

ETC Amount This column displays the estimate to complete amount.

The estimate to complete amount is the estimate of the total additional monetary amount, beyond that already charged, that will be charged to the labor code or expense account during the completion of the project.

Start Date This column displays the start date for work that will result in charges to the labor code or expense account.
End Date This column displays the end date for work that will result in charges to the labor code or expense account.
