Display Project and Opportunity Numbers in the View Grids

In both Resource View and Project View, you can display numbers for work breakdown structure (WBS) elements along with the element names. By default, the numbers do not display.

To display WBS numbers in Resource View or Project View:

1. In the Navigation pane, go to the Resource Management section and click either Resource View or Project View.
2. Click next to the upper-right corner of the grid.
3. In the Column Settings & Selections dialog box, select Show Project/Opportunity Numbers.
4. Click Apply.
