Access DPS Functionality in Microsoft Outlook

Look for the DPS icon in Outlook to access DPS functionality in Outlook.

Prerequisites: You must have the Outlook add-in installed.

To access DPS functionality in Outlook:

1. In Outlook, open an email that has a recipient who is a contact in DPS.
2. Complete one of the following actions:
   • In Outlook Web App: In the email, click the DPS icon , and from the menu select Open Deltek or Account Information.
   • In Outlook for Windows or Outlook for Mac: On the Home tab in the Outlook ribbon, click Open Deltek or Account Information.
