Set Up Alerts for Timesheet Due
The Timesheet Due alert is triggered by the process server. You specify who receives the alert, when, and under what conditions.
Prerequisite: Before you create Expense Report Line Item Charge alert rules, you need to complete or be aware of the following:
- Create employee groups to which you apply the rule. See the Timesheet Configuration help for information on how to create groups.
- If a URL is entered in the Application URL field on the Email tab of the General System Settings form ( , the email alert will include a link to the DPS application.
If your firm uses multiple companies, this alert only applies to the employees that are active in the company for which the alert is configured.
To set up Timesheet Due alerts:
- On the Navigation menu, click .
- In the Folders field on the Company Alerts Configuration form, select Time.
- In the Alerts grid, select the row that displays Timesheet Due in the Alert field.
- Select the Active option to enable the alert. If no rules exist for this alert, the Active option is disabled.
- Click Options to select an existing alert rule or to create a new rule. If a rule was already assigned to this alert, <options selected> displays in this field.
- To remove the option for this alert, delete <options selected>.
- Click Save.
