Use these field and options to specify the states in which credentials must be valid and the expiration and attainment date of the credentials.

Credential

Use this field to add credentials to be used as a search filter for an
employee or resource.
If you selected one or more credentials on the Custom Search dialog box before you opened the dialog box, those credentials display in this column.
If you did not select credentials on the Custom Search dialog box, click
+ Add Credential, click
in the
Credential field, and select a credential. If the list of credentials is long, you can also type one or more characters in the field and pause to display a selection list that includes only credentials that contain those characters.

State/Province
|
Use this field to specify a state or province in which a credential must be valid, click
in this field and select a state or province. You must select the states or provinces one at a time, but you can select as many as you want. If the list is long, you can type one or more characters in the field and pause to display a selection list that includes only states or provinces that contain those characters.

+ Add Credential
|
Click this option to create a blank grid row so you can add a credential to the search.

Earned
|
Use this field to select a date range to be used as a search criteria for finding
employees based on when they earned their credential.
Click the drop-down to select a relative date, for example next week or last 3 months. To select a specific date, click
Specific Date at the upper right side of the field. The
Earned field changes from one drop-down field and becomes two calendar selection fields. Select a start date of the date range in the first calendar field and select an end date of the date range in the second calendar field.

Expires
|
Use this field to select a date range to be used as a search criteria for finding
employees based on the expiration date of their credential. This helps identify
employees with credentials that continues to be valid for a project duration.
Click the drop-down to select a relative date, for example next week or last 3 months. To select a specific date, click
Specific Date at the upper right side of the field. The
Expires field changes from one drop-down field and becomes two calendar selection fields. Select a start date of the date range in the first calendar field and select an end date of the date range in the second calendar field.

Set and Cancel

Click
Set to add the credential details to the search. Click
Cancel to close the dialog box without updating the search.
