Change the Capacity Values Displayed in the Grid

In the calendar period columns in the Resource View grid, you can display planned hours, scheduled percentage, or utilization percentage.

To change the capacity values displayed in the grid:

1. In the Navigation pane, select Resource Management > Resource View.
2. Click next to Show Capacity on the top Resource View toolbar to select the type of values you want to display in the calendar period columns.
3. On the menu, click one of the following to select the type of capacity values you want to display in the calendar period columns:
   • Planned Hours: Planned hours for the calendar period.
   • Scheduled %: Planned hours for the calendar period / Total available hours for the calendar period.
   • Utilization %: Billable planned hours for the calendar period / Total available hours for the calendar period. (Billable hours are hours planned for projects that are assigned the Regular charge type.)
