System Variable 925: Appointment Status: Import Calendar Items that are Set as Free or Available or Tentative

Use this System Variable to specify which external calendar items should be synchronized, based on whether those items are marked Available, Free, or Tentative.

Select any of the following options:.

• 1 – All: All external calendar items can be synchronized, regardless of whether they are marked available, free, or tentative.
• 2 – Only Tentative: Only external calendar items that are marked tentative can be synchronized.
• 3 – Only Free/Available Only external calendar items that are marked free or available can be synchronized.
• 4 – None No external calendar items can be synchronized.

The default value for this System Variable is 1 – All.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
