Create Ticket Service Lines
Use the Ticket Service Lines submodule to create ticket service lines.
To use the Ticket Service Lines submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To create a ticket service line:
- On the main toolbar, click Settings .
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to create a ticket service line.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- On the grid toolbar, click Create a new service line .
- You can edit the Name, Emails to Recognition, and Failover Jobid fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
