Create Ticket Statuses

Use Ticket Statuses in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to create ticket statuses.

To use Ticket Statuses in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create a ticket status:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to create a ticket status.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Statuses.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Create a New Status .
  5. To edit the Name and Sort Index fields, double-click on the corresponding field.
