Search for Pipeline Lost Reasons

Use the Pipeline Lost Reasons submodule to search for pipeline lost reasons.

To use the Pipeline Lost Reasons submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a new pipeline lost reason:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the pipeline lost reason that you are looking for.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Lost Reasons.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the pipeline lost reason.
