Rename Current Capacity Profile Exceptions

Use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule to rename current capacity profile exceptions.

To use the Exception Capacity Profiles submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To rename the current capacity profile exception:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the capacity profile exception that you want to rename.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
  4. Use the Exception drop-down list to select the exception capacity profile that you want to rename and click Rename current capacity profile exception .
  5. In the Rename Capacity Exception Profile dialog box, enter the new name and click OK.
